Terms and Benefits – Amic Taronja

• Limit of one Amic Taronja membership per holder.
• The Amic Taronja Membership is offered on a season-by-season basis and is valid for the current 2026/27 season.
• Amic Taronja members can link their accounts through the personal area on the website to purchase season tickets together in a single transaction.
• The discount associated with Amic Taronja membership may take up to three (3) business days to become active following confirmation of registration.
  The Amic Taronja membership card is personal and non-transferable. Misuse may result in the loss of the associated benefits.
• To receive discounts at the physical store or ticket office, members must present their Amic Taronja membership card together with a valid official ID document.
• Amic Taronja Members will have priority access to purchase new season tickets, always subject to availability and seniority as an Amic Taronja Member. For seniority purposes, the season in which the individual was an Amic Taronja Member will be taken into account. Seniority will be calculated starting from the 25/26 season. To retain this seniority, the 26/27 season membership must be purchased using the same user account.
• Amic Taronja membership does not guarantee the purchase of a new season ticket; it only provides priority access to the purchasing process.
• Subject to availability and access to the purchasing process, each Amic Taronja Member may purchase up to two (2) new season tickets per category (up to 2 men's and 2 women's season tickets).
• Amic Taronja Members will have priority access to selected trips and tickets for official competitions involving the Club's first teams, immediately after season ticket holders.
• 10% discount on match tickets for the men's and women's first teams.
• 10% discount at Valencia Basket official stores and the official online store.
• Exclusive benefits for the Museum & Tour.
• Exclusive benefits for the Gameday Experience.
• Access to discounts and benefits offered by the Club's sponsoring companies.
• Each Amic Taronja Member will receive an exclusive Welcome Pack upon completing their registration. It can be collected from the Season Ticket Holder Service Office, located at the Roig Arena Official Store, until the final home game of the regular season.
• Amic Taronja membership may be purchased until the final home game of the regular season.
• Following the future season ticket purchasing process and subject to availability, the Amic Taronja holder may transfer the purchased season tickets to a third party, subject to a maximum of 2 season tickets per category under the same person's name.

  The Club reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and benefits associated with the Amic Taronja membership programme, informing its members in advance through the Club's official channels.
